Beautiful setting on the edge of a waterfall and a haven for students – presumably from nearby Amherst – the Bookmill is stunning.  Sitting next to the open window overlooking the falls on a sunny afternoon, listening to the water and browsing through a good book.  Blissful.  There’s also a record store and an art/ craft gallery as well as the Lady Killigrew Cafe when you need refreshment.  Top tip – plan to have lunch and spend the afternoon here.
