Nestled among the tourist shops on Niantic’s Main Street and named in honor of the owner’s ancestor; ‘more is most definitely more’ at Anna Pearl’s.  Sharon the owner, has an impressive array of shiny things on display in this store.  Vintage silver and gold as well as costume jewelry of every color, shape and style jostle with ceramics, lamps, candlesticks, hats, purses and ornaments. Sharon’s colleague Erin told me that even though the place looks full, their idea is to fill every available space and even hang things from the ceiling; to create a ‘treasure trove’ for customers to enjoy searching through to find that special piece. It would take multiple visits to search through everything here so keep coming back. If you need further incentive, this gem is just a couple of doors away from both the Midtown and Downtown Bookbarns.
