Even though I was vegan for several years, I’m still always amazed by the versatility in vegan baking. This tiny place has the most delightful cupcakes, tarts, breads and layer cakes all made without dairy or eggs. I needed a little fortification for an impending tattoo appointment so I popped in to indulge in a little sugary goodness.
I had a lemon raspberry cupcake and a chocolate cupcake with a white ‘hostess’ inspired cream filling. Both were delicious and beautifully presented. The staff were helpful, readily suggesting their favorite tea blends. Next time, I want to try the lemon tarts or the PB&J cupcake.
